The Hustlers Only Premium Plyo Jump Box is a soft plyo box for box jumps, step-ups and conditioning work. Flip it over to use it at three heights: 20", 24" or 30" (50.8cm, 61cm, 76.2cm).
The three-height design lets you set the box for different exercises and build explosive power step by step. A thick foam core gives the right balance between firmness and stability, with a softer feel than wooden or metal boxes during high-rep sessions.
